Hello Backer,

So let’s go ahead and add 2 more weeks until shipments go out. Why?

This static Nor'Easter Blizzard disrupted workers getting to work, proper communication and shipping in and out of our fulfillment center in Indianapolis AND New Hampshire.

So we have what I call a light commitment from Shipnaked that orders will begin leaving their facility the first week of April now. This is what they wrote:

 “For fulfillment, that first week of April is what we currently have as a timeline for when shipments will be leaving the warehouse and heading out to backers. The lead time of batching orders (this is when we group orders together for the fulfillment lines), finalizing test packs, and prepping the lines needs to be completed before fulfillment can begin. Once those steps are complete, we will send you an official Ship Naked update to post on your kickstarter with the timeline.”

Just to be clear, the part that says “we will send you an official Ship Naked update to post on your kickstarter with the timeline.” we have not got that “official” ship timeline yet. But I just want you to know and have as much information as I have.

We have hand delivered about 60 boxes to our locals here in the Glendale, area so amen to that!

Some of our Blood Mansion characters have been inspired by various people. Tabitha, the not so innocent young girl of the Mansion came from non-other than Parker's own daughter. Can ya tell?

So, thank you Blizzard! Or NorEaster or whatever you're called for coming in March and throwing another wrench into this process.

The next update will come when we hear back from Ship Naked about that “Timeline”

We're currently in the development phase works of our next Card Game (NAME TBD) Premise: A group of people are stuck in a house and 1 of them is innocent, the others turn into mad cult members who must capture the innocent player before they escape. The trick is, no one knows who anyone is at the start of the game and each discovers each person’s identity as the deck is played. The innocent person wins by escaping, the cult leaders win by successfully sacrificing a goat. Sounds pretty morbid? Don’t worry, we’ll figure a way how to make this into a fun family light hearted game. (I think)

Someone once told me every minute a murder occurs, so I don’t want to waste your time, I know you want to go back to work.

Most of you can’t believe it, but the Ides of March is just around the corner and so is the delivery of this enjoyable little card game known as Murder at Blood Mansion. I can assure you they(2000 boxes) are in fact at the Indianapolis fulfillment center ready to go out. Although they are working out some of the details, I do know they will begin shipping soon. Real soon. Like Maybe next week or so, even though they told me not to say that until everything is finalized.

I’m assuming most of you in the states will be getting yours first (some even hand delivered THIS WEEK who are lucky enough to live in the 91214 zip code area). Those around the world might have to wait a little longer as they get loaded onto planes and pass through customs inspections. NOW, this is very important. I’ve been told that some of you still need to get your payment affairs in order. If you have the slightest doubt whether you are all paid up or not please contact the creator at once ([email protected]) . ALSO I know for a fact that some of you have relocated since September and you need to update your shipping address. Speaking of the survey, there are still 4% who have not given us any shipping information at all. How can we get you the game you backed if we don’t know where you are? So please fill out the Survey we sent you back in September.

OK, what else? Oh yes, look at the Creepy Wooden Boxes, all set and ready to go.

 And look at the wonderful time we had at Strategicon a week or so ago. Thank you for those who came out to play with us. We enjoyed your visit.

January Game Update

Hello Backer,

Happy New Year!

This is your January update.

So, as of last week, 2000 units of Murder at Blood Mansion have completed the assembly phase and left the Panda manufacturing facility. I think they have arrived in the shipping port ready to embark on an oceanic journey across the pacific.  

Here is the latest email from Dan our Rep at Ship Naked fulfillment center based out of New Hampshire. 

"Hi Braden,

At this point we can only estimate that we should begin fulfillment in March.

We are planning on the games being assembled by Jan 9th. The games will then need to be picked up from the factory and delivered to the port. It will take roughly 6 weeks for the games to reach the US port. Once the shipment arrives at the US port we would expect a week wait time for the shipment to clear customs making it available for pick-up. The shipment will then be picked up and delivered to our Indy warehouse. It would then take roughly a week to receive all the product and begin fulfillment preparation. We would then expect to start fulfillment in March. This could change due to customs clearance delays, port congestion, and other outside factors.

Once the boat arrives in port we should be able to narrow down a solid fulfillment timeline for you.

So this is the first time I've ever heard March as being the time when fulfillment will begin. So there you have it. The good news is the game will get out of China before their New Year celebrations begin. Thank you for all your patience everyone! If you notice at the top of the Kickstarter page I added a tracking diagram that I will update as each shipping milestone is met. I hope this helps. 

On another note, here are the 2 backer only cards. Diane the Spy and Conan". Again, these are backer only cards to belong to the card deck of the backers who backed the "Murder at Blood Mansion Blood Deck"

Schemes : 

Conan "Snap Photo". Conan posses a magical camera that can take pictures of the future. He can see the top 4 cards of the Draw Pile once per game.

Diane the Spy "Spy" she can ask any player(s) to reveal any card she likes or 2 cards from the draw pile

Print And Play. There are still a few of you able to play the Print and Play, that's awesome! And right now, even though we have just a hand full of user ratings on Boardgamegeek.com their current rating is 8.62, which is not too bad!

Anyway, Its been a long journey but its good to finally see the game done and on it's way to the US.
